AFTA – the Association for Temping and Outsourcing Agencies – successfully held its first annual conference under the theme “Redefining Outsourcing: Leading the Change.”

The conference was more than a gathering — it was a statement. A statement that our industry is stepping up: committed to being part of the solution, raising standards, and engaging responsibly to support a system that works for workers, employers, clients, and the country as a whole.
