AFTA Meets with Parliamentary Secretary to Strengthen Industry Collaboration
Earlier this week, representatives from AFTA’s Council held a productive meeting with Hon. Andy Ellul, Parliamentary Secretary for Social Dialogue. The purpose of the meeting was to formally introduce the association, highlight the positive impact of the newly implemented licensing framework, and explore further measures to enhance protections for both employees and recruitment agencies.
The discussion underscored AFTA’s commitment to transparency, fairness, and the continuous improvement of industry standards. By fostering open dialogue with policymakers, AFTA aims to ensure that the evolving regulatory landscape supports ethical practices and sustainable growth across the sector.
This meeting marks another step in AFTA’s mission to lead through collaboration and social dialogue, reinforcing its role as a proactive voice for the industry.
